The Management of Yasuni Motor, aware of its trajectory since 1977 and its position as a leading reference in the global market for exhaust and transmission systems, has implemented a quality management system according to UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, covering the design, development, manufacturing and global commercialization of exhaust systems, transmission components and other technical accessories for the motorcycle sector.
This policy underpins our strategic direction and serves as a framework for our quality objectives, pursuing the continuous improvement of processes and the satisfaction of the requirements and expectations of our customers.
YASUNI has a management system and an adequate infrastructure that enables us to deliver quality services, generating added value for our customers and for the company itself. We aim to continue being a benchmark organization in our areas of activity.
Our working methodology drives the best service performance and a fast, effective customer assistance, complying with all applicable requirements — both legal and those expected by the customer.
We give special importance to customer orientation in order to fully understand their needs, to adaptation to change, risk reduction, continuous training and the engagement of our team in the importance of quality.
